We are delighted to open applications for our free Delivery Lead Bootcamp in Chisinau.

If you are just starting out as a Scrum Master, Project Manager or Delivery Lead and have a passion for software development, then this is the course to help Power Up your skills by learning from the best.

We’re seeking curious, committed candidates to undertake our six-day programme, where you’ll get hands-on experience in a professional working environment across all aspects of what it takes to be an Amdaris Delivery Lead.

You will learn from seven of our best DL’s supported by three of our Portfolio Directors. Each session will be collaborative, and we’ll take you through step-by-step Agile delivery (the Amdaris Way), working with clients, working with your team and risk management.

HOW OUR DELIVERY LEAD BOOTCAMP WORKS

The learning starts from day one with trainings and workshops in a hands-on environment.

Our mentors will guide the participants through the whole journey providing mentorship and offering support whenever you need it.

The Bootcamp lasts for six days and is built around five core modules:

At the end of the Bootcamp every participant will have acquired new skills and knowledge on Agile Project Delivery related to the three main aspects - Team, Client and Project as well as receiving a certificate of completion for finishing the Amdaris Bootcamp.

DELIVERY LEAD BOOTCAMP REQUIREMENTS

This course is designed for candidates who are just starting out in their careers, or those that want to take their skills to the next level.

We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic people from Project Management, Scrum master roles and Delivery Leads who have some knowledge of software development. That said, don’t let that put you off applying if you’re not in one of those roles, we always encourage people with energy and a positive attitude to get in touch!
